Most around here couldnt tell a boar from a barr....let alone an ear mark. Marked cattle with an overbite, underbit and swallowfork in each ear, tried to wear a knife out on'em. Like to smell the hair burn from a hot iron too, brands and marks aren't as common as they once were.
