Title: Rip flash Post by: Judge peel on August 14, 2025, 10:41:22 pm Had to put ol flash down. He was 18 yrs old I had 15 yrs. He was the best dog I have ever had or hunted behind period. He could do it all needed no help. That being said he wasn’t perfect but he was my buddy to always happy to see me and always hunted hard. He will be missed greatly truly one of a kind type dog
Title: Re: Rip flash Post by: t-dog on August 15, 2025, 05:08:05 am Judge it sucks but at least he isn’t suffering. He went relatively fast once he started to decline and that’s a blessing and you were home to tend to him. Do you have anything off of him on your yard?

I had another one two yrs ago that was 17 and had heart worms at 4 or 5 which I cured my self. Clean water and a reason to live will take them long ways lol. I had a catahula yrs ago that lived about the same might been 16 and shorty was bout 14 still catching hogs when she passed.
