Title: Just A Little Tip
Post by: BigWalt on January 07, 2010, 12:33:32 am
I had a 8 week old pup get into some rat poison a couple of days ago and called the vet, and they said to give him 1/2 teaspoon (about 2 cc) of hydrogen peroxide every 15 minutes until he throws up and one he starts he will keep on on his own until everything is out. So we gave him the 2 cc and that was all it took and about 30 minutes later he was back running around just like nothing had happened. Just thought I would pass that little tip on. I've never heard of it before but it sure seem to do the trick.  Oh yeah and this was between 30 minutes to an hour of him getting into it.
