EAST TEXAS HOG DOGGERS FORUM

I have 2 pups left for sale.  1 male and 1 female (pics below)
These pups are out of my old female strike dog - Outlaw Cur cross gyp - Pebbles  & daddy is a full blood, foundation bred Catahoula - Blue
Both parents are hog dogs and both have struck their own hogs.  Dad is very gritty and is a head-end/ear dog.   Mom is not as gritty, rear-end dog, but will catch when catchdog catches and help other strike dogs catch on smaller hogs.  Dad has shown some pretty long range(has up and left the country a few times), and mom is a proven strike dog(10yrs old) and has a resume' a mile long, silent on track and full of bottom.
These pups will be no different.  They are already baying everything around my house, cows, llamas, burros( i live next to an exotic ranch)  I haven't had a hog to show them lately, but i know it won't be any different than the other livestock that they have started to bay.  
Asking $150 each or $250 for the pair.  If i could keep them all, i promise i would not hesitate to keep these as well.

Also thought i'd mention this...
I have a little baypen experience from back in the day :) and i have a pretty good hunch that from the way mom/dad bay hogs that either could be hauled for pen competitions.  These pups are baying 'pretty' already and show some potential for anyone interested in a pup to try to train for the baypen.  Just one of those "feelings" that i get when i see them bay.

I had someone ask this in a pm, so i'll post here for those not familiar with the "outlaw cur" :

An outlaw cur is a breed that came from Georgia by a man named Randy Dominy.
they are a combination of cur, germanshorthair, hound, pit, etc.. but are recognized as a true breed.
They are bred to be silent on track, med/long range, tons of bottom/stick'em and gritty.  Very similar to the Parker Curs that you hear about from Mr. Larry in south Louisiana.
They are nose down, cover some ground, find 'em, bay 'em, and if need be, help catch 'em  :P

This guy really knows his stuff! This guy use to kick butt at all the bay pens! These are going to make some good dogs!  :)

Where are u located?

Location: Wills Point, TX
about 45 mins east of Dallas, and i live right off Interstate 20

I do have a few interested and in line so i'll keep everyone posted as to if/when they sell or still available.

sorry  if i  did not   talk much when we  went pick up  the  pups the   girl  stil  a  lil  shy  but   she  getting  better  every  day  thanks  again .RED
