I work in Marshall, I live about 20 minutes from Marshall in Harleton, There is some public Corps land all around Lake of the Pines.  Done plenty of huntin down there, but I will keep my ears open for any local leases, around Karnack used to have some good leases always available.

I live in Kiethville, off of Mansfield Road and I see a few places from time to time around here that are available that would meet your criteria.  Craigslist is a great place to look as well.  East Texas, is going to be hard to find an available lease atleast that what the people I know say over there.  I hear of leases pretty regular, but they are usually around Bodcau and Mansfield, La.  There are plenty of great places to hunt that are public on this side of the state line, especially if you are a bow hunter.
