Title: 10-30 hunt Post by: longshot on October 31, 2008, 01:18:55 pm Dropped dogs right after dark. caught 3 and was back home in bed by 10:30pm.
THis was the biggest hog he was a boar in the 140-150lb range, the bay dogs had him cuaght but couldnt hold him so I sent Pickle to get him under control. Posted this for MATT GOODSON, this is JJ's Catahoula Otis(he is a darn fine hog dog) (http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y202/longshotjames/YO/10_31_YO_010.jpg)[orange]Longshot[/orange] The we got on a group and caught a 100lb sow backed up against a concrete windmill trough. The dogs rolled out on the group and after several miles of tracking back up the them we caught a shoat and leashed the dogs for the night.
