Title: Good hunt. Post by: Easttex on November 17, 2010, 05:41:49 pm Went out this morning with a couple friends, Chris (Draggin Weight) and Trevor. We covered a lot of ground today, the Garmin showed that some of the dogs went 18 to 20 miles by the end of the hunt. We covered a lot of it on foot and started wishing we wouldn't have left the 4-wheeler at the house. ;D
We got this good little boar down on the river. The dogs followed him across and wouldn't let him up the other side. Then he decided to come back across, when he hit our side, we let the bulldogs go and they shut him down. He didn't have real big teeth but he had enough to cut 3 of the dogs. Nothing too bad, just left his mark. It was a good day and a fun hunt.
