Title: Dew Claws Post by: snorty98 on December 03, 2010, 09:14:25 am Just geting started hogdoging have a few dogs but was wondering about the dew claws have some cat pups some have double dew claws and some don't have any at all. Does anyone know what causes that and is good or bad? And do they need to be removed when there are puppies?

The dog does not need the rear dew claws they can get ripped off or sometimes the nails curves around and back to the foot and the foot can get infected unless you keep the nail trimmed. |
