Title: 1/8/2011 hunt Post by: SC Hog Wild on January 09, 2011, 09:36:27 pm Gumswamp and I decided to take the boys huntin' with us Saturday. We cut the dogs loose and they split to start with, my male dog Graham was bayed the closest to us so we decided to go to him first. He had about 6 or 8 hogs bayed, sent the CDs in and caught a small sow about 125 lbs. My son got the honors of stickin' the first and his first hog...

We got to the bay and cut the CDs loose and it was so thick the hogs must have herd the CDs coming and broke before they got there. The 2 males rolled out with the hogs and while they were trying to get them to stop again we went back to check my male. We got back to Graham and he was bayed, 100 lb sow... Round and round that thicket the red devil ran me after I shot him. I jumped up a tree he ran by when I dropped back down the darn thing turn right back around and I guess I did not jump as high the second time. He hooked the crease in my jeans at the knee when I folded my legs up. Missed the hide but rip the jeans. Bay dog crabbed him by the nuts he backed off about 10 yards and fell over dead.
