Labpit pups born 12-23. Do you recon they will be any count? My pitt female catch dog got bred by neighbors big yellow lab.

Have not seen this cross myself but have read about some as good catch dogs. Would like to know more about them from those that have used them as catch dogs.If they generally catch hard and are less dog aggressive than most pits I would be interested in a pup for sure.Anyone out there using this cross?

I havent used the cross before but my brother in law has a dog that is lab/pit.  real friendly dog good size too with plenty of lung.

Could you tell me something about the pit like her size, temperment with people and other dogs and how does she do as a catch dog?
Do you think these pups will be straight catch or more likely rough bay dogs? Also, do you have any males available? Thanks.

My gyp is medium sized dog she catches good she is my back up cd. She has the best temperment you could ask for. Not dog agressive loves kids but she does get stupid at dark but she is protecting my property.Pups will probally be medium sized dogs maybe catch hopefully will be rcd. will take pics tomorrow and tell how many males and females.

I have lab/cur that is my best dog. Will find and catch them by her self. Lots of hunt. I bet they will make good ones.

where are u located my hunting partners uncle has a lab pit mix and honestly is that best catch dog i think i have seen im def interested if ur not to far away

Located in Livingston,tx 45 miles south of Lufkin,tx and 65 miles north of Houston,tx on hwy 59

I also have a lab/cur dog, hes already 10 yrs old and still finding hogs for me. He was my #1 strike dog til this past year..

jasonmac, you wont be disappointed....i've ran the cross and come up with both good strike dogs, and good catch dogs...i have had the cross 2 times and it seems the bird dog characteristics are more dominant, but the pit game is shown when they are on a hog....one of my best young dogs was a catahoula 1/2 springer spaniel,---drop the tailgate and he was gone til he was bayed....but his roughness and long range got him in trouble and was cut down one nite....rip Chewy....he was going to be a good one...pigstkr
