Title: 3-13-11 Hunt Post by: Mike on March 13, 2011, 08:11:16 pm Even though we didn't get on any hogs today... we had a real good hunt. Myles, YELLOWBLACKMASK, was stuck down near Houston with work this weekend. I told him I had several places down there, but... 1 young dog to hunt, the rest puppies and my bulldog was in full blown heat. He said come on... it's better than staring at the walls all weekend.
We had a helluva good visit talking dogs, hogs and people. Ended up finding a smoking hot suburban that had been stripped and burned. The on going joke was that i've always been nervous about finding a dead body with all that city hunting we do. Sure enough, we rounded the corner after finding the suburban and my pups was rolling around in a pile of bones! Luckily, it was just deer bones. ;D Myles, I enjoyed it... look forward to the next time. Title: Re: 3-13-11 Hunt Post by: willhunt4food on March 13, 2011, 08:17:08 pm good deal Mike

LOL I forgot to ask you what all those empty gas cans in the back of your truck were for.. and didn't you used to have a suburban????????? Ha Ha

Title: Re: 3-13-11 Hunt Post by: Circle C on March 13, 2011, 11:04:12 pm Mike,
You can come pick up brandy and hunt her until tweety is ready if you want... I have to use her next weekend for a hunt, but after that I won't need her. Title: Re: 3-13-11 Hunt Post by: Mike on March 14, 2011, 07:02:13 am Chris, I appreciate that, but you know I couldn't do it. With my luck on dogs the past few years, a plane might fall on her head or something. :o
Them young ones are getting it done... they just had something else on their mind yesterday. ;D Title: Re: 3-13-11 Hunt Post by: BoarBuster67 on March 14, 2011, 07:40:54 am you can use mine anytime they need to be hunted there would be no hard feelings. If you were hunting lockwood that was a dodge durango on the other side of power plant, stolen 18 wheeler woods next to school

You know I don't worry about that stuff. Plains, Trains, and Automobiles... just a hazard of hog hunting. ;D If you change your mind, the offer stands. Title: Re: 3-13-11 Hunt Post by: ktchemwcurs on March 14, 2011, 01:39:40 pm Sounds like a good time,
Mike, you all need to come down here with them puppies, I have some good baying hogs and they are perfect puppy trainers. |
