Title: training dogs Post by: hudnall82 on May 28, 2011, 01:47:13 am I just recently began hunting with dogs. I purchased 2 dogs that were started a BMC female and a male 1/2 bmc,1/2catahoula. they seem to be very good, the first time i took them out we got 2 pigs. I also have a cat/pit cross that is a really gutty dog but hasnt been on any hunts and is already a year old i am looking for information on the best way to train her with my dogs. I have the first 2 pigs we caught but dont know how to go about training her with them. Any suggestions

let the two dogs bay outside of it to keep the pigs riled up Title: Re: training dogs Post by: hudnall82 on May 28, 2011, 01:56:34 am Im still searching for a good catch dog, my male has been the one to actually do the job on that end. i do have a set of pens that are actually a set of cattle working pens. he is so aggressive though he ripped the guts out of one so i didnt know about using him for training puposes.
