Title: Lab/pit cross Post by: Bar W on July 28, 2011, 12:09:45 am Any of y'all ever hunted one of these? I know a guy that has some pups they are not hunting stock as far as I know but they are free so I'm thinking of trying one.

Not being from breeding stock though would worry me a little bit. as long as the lab wasn't show breed I think you'd be alright but it'll be a 50/50 shot. if you're willing to feed one and grow it up I'd say go for it can't hurt nothing if you're willing to do that. Some of my best dogs have been free so I'd say if you're willing to raise one that may not turn out that's your deal.

Might just be my lack of training ability though. I would actually just be hoping for more of catch or RCD anyway.

The other one yep's a little bit as he's trying to close the gap on the hog. Get you one Id say you have a good chance with it.
