Title: Re: Rivets and rivet tools Post by: BIG BEN on December 13, 2011, 04:36:52 am I use the 2 piece rivits for the name plates and just a big pair of vise grips to install them, gradually adjusting them till completley flat. Never had a problem at all. If I was building my own cut collars Id use some heavy duty brads like a saddle shop uses.
Title: Re: Rivets and rivet tools Post by: ARhogdogs on December 13, 2011, 08:11:13 am I ordered my nametags through www.gundogsupply.com and they sent a bunch of rivets to install them with my order. I just headed up a small shaft nail and burned a hole through my collar and hammered the rivet together. Works perfect.
