nice looking stag and cock, hens have some long legs. they look like long knife birds.  some day we may have to meet in the bush and wager on some birds and have a cold one for old times.lol

LOL, It would have to be sweat tea for me, but I hear you. These wasn't my best or favorites, but the only thing left out of my father in laws stock. My wife wanted to keep these after he past away.
My favorites were my McLeans and blues.

My last good game rooster got crunched by one of my bird dogs yrs ago... yall makin' me want to get back into it...  I always enjoyed a power bird... nothin' like watchin' a bird knock another out with nothin' but gloves on....  ;D  I still have a pair of skeleton gaffs,  but I always enjoyed watching a good "bare knuckle" fight more!!!

... Make your heart pound thinkin' about stickin' your hand in to break a fight up....  :o ;D

I just hate having chickens around. They bring the rodents.

Haha, when I was young and bored, we used to travel around the backroads lookin' for trouble..... we used to pull up to a property when we saw roaming yard birds... ask the owner if we could have what we could catch... they always said yes  ;D   .... the funny part is when I'd drop my silver dollar grey cock out....  ;)   .... he knew the game well...  :D  Soon as he hit the ground he'd stretch his wings... bow his chest out... lift his head up and give a "come an' get some" crow...  HAHAHA!!!  MAN it was fun to watch the yard roosters come a runnin'!!!!!   :o  ;D

We'd just stand back and wait for him to knock each one out... casually walk up, pick it up, and put it in the bag...  ;D ;D ;D ;D

.... the expression on the owner's faces was always the same... complete shock and awe!!!  ;D ;D ;D   I miss that old bird....
