I am just curious as to how many of you have certain rituals you do before you turn out...

When i hunt its mostly always with chase g from here and we listen to country music most of the time, but from the time we load the dogs up til we turn out we aint got nothing but rap music on...Idk y we do this but we do and a lot of.

i know some of you got rituals so lets hear em

I only ask cuz our system is down at work and i already read most the other posts

 argue with wife, poop, kiss the wife and baby, load everything, call partner and tell them ill be running a lil late, go back inside and make up with wife ;) ;D hit the road, listen to Colt Ford.

Yelling at the dogs, they seem to know we are going hunting before I do, and I like to say a prayer before, and after, a little something to calm the nerves  ;)

bathroom, monster absolute zero, an arguement with my son as he is 9 and knows everything  and depending where we hunt breakfast at Mcdonalds.

Make sure I got all my gear, make 100 trips makin sure i ain't forgot nothing, load gear, load and collar and fuss at dogs. Double check gear, jump in truck head down road, answer phone, go back and get the gear my wife realized I forgot, boots, Garmin collars, tracking box, gun... hit mcd's  head to mtn.

X3. Plus a trip or two back to the house to grab something I forgot.

run screaming around the house yelling at my girl friend not to forget something, answer the phone calmly tell purbreed i am almost to his house hang up, then more sprinting to get the dogs, run to the shed and grab a bunch of random cut gear and leads, run back inside while devon calmly puts her boots on.  Then haul but into to town to allsups, and allways allsups.  Tell purbreed that im almost to his house i had to pull over to look at somehting, get two bottles of water a powerade two corndogs, a 32 ounce chery dublin doctor pepper, some egg roles and a crispeto, then haul butt down the highway and have to tell landon one more time dont worry im almost there.  get to landons about an hour and a half after the first phone call and borrow everything i left at my house.

Yeppers sounds just about right all the while I'm paceing the floor wondering where the heck he is at.  He has a tool box and still has stuff scattered here and there and at my house and at his parents and who knows where else lol.  Glad taylor lives in the same house as him and not me I would go nutts lol.

taylor makes me look organized, he has had to take my truck to school because he cant find his keys lol  and landon my tool box is full of tools

Thats good stuff! I always go to allsups get my two monsters two cans of snuff! And cant forget my 2 burritos. Still double checking to make sure i got all my chit! Then i get alll the way to bdizz house and i forget i didnt get fuel so there is always a trip back to allsups!

yalls rituals are alittle different than mine.....

my poop always comes right after i turn the dogs loose... about 30 minutes after the burritos...  ;D

thats funny, Dane will poop before we go, three times in woods, and once when we get back.  I think he needs to see the doctor or he really is full of chit. haha

I've never seen anybody else but this guy eat gas station burritos in the middle of hunting.... Not the best idea!

Last years tdha tourney somebody dropped a loaf, one of the dogs rolled in it then inevitably somebody else petted the dog. :-[ :D

That's why you dont let dogs give you kisses >:D

They are just as good cold, but them eggs will get ya!!!  ;D

Eke up 2 hours before go time get stuff ready fall back asleep. Wake up 1 hour late 30 missed calls texts and voicemails. Forget my wallet and break stick. Head down the road get a flat. Stop at store get Dr.pepper and crispetos listen to Take it outside by brantley Gilbert. Take a poo in-between truck and trailer turn dogs out and forget my knife. Gotta love it

I gather up dogs, gather up stuff, realized my garmin collars aren't charged, hook up to trailer load wheeler, get dogs, realize my boots aren't dry from the last time, haul ass and listen to rap music, and finally end where I'm going up at minimum 30 minutes later than discussed.

x2 on your 30 minutes MINIMUM  !!!  rolleyes  ;D

Pack n load gear the nite before, ignore wife's b!t($in, get up, load dogs, wife sometimes still complainin, tell her to deal with it or geta divorce, (still married, been that way for 8yrs i think) get on the road 30min late, stop n drop off the president on the side of the road, forgot i didnt hav tp. Use an old oily rag, get back on road n remembered i forgot somethin. It nvr fails.

scratch my head and wonder what dogs to bring... once in the woods always wish i would have brought different dogs for one reason or another. :D

Cant help but notice hog dogging causes amnesia and gives you the craps.  ;D

with us we sit around waiting on chase thats always about a hour late and then the beer store then we cut them loose
