so how many of u fellas pack out your pork on your backs and how far woud your average carry be

Too many lyce & ticks, I drag them, if i have somewere to go with the pork,  how far--well that depends on the size & how bad I need the pork.

We try to stay close to the river but we've drug them as far as about 600 yards then. Walk to the boat and drive up to them

If its over abt 200yds (give or take dependin on terrain) im cuttin out backstraps and leavin the rest......buzzards gotta eat, same as worms

I use one of the deer drags they have at Sportsmans Guide. It is tough vinyl of some kind and thick enough it doesn't rip. Once I can get to 4-wheeler I tie to hitch and go for it. Have dragged over a mile on dirt road with little effect to it. 2nd year using same one.
