EAST TEXAS HOG DOGGERS FORUM

Ive been inviting Brandon to go lately and we finally hooked up to get his pups in the woods.  We met up Thursday morning and turned his 2 pups loose with Superman, and Stew and didn't see a sign of a hog on the first place.  Superman was tring to line something out at around 600 when i heard gun shot so i called him back in and we headed to another place.  Turned Superman, Stew and his to BMC pups with them.  Superman struck at 330 with the wind wrking against us. Stew blew to him and i heard a good bay going so i knew it was a decent hog, but to my suprise when i got there Superman was running circle around a group of about 30 hogs.  Turned the to running CD to them from about 15yards.  They caught a sow that weighed 167 and Superman rolled with another hog as well as Stew and the 2 pups.  Get the sow hobbled and Superman is at 430 treed, so we headed to him.  We get there and he is the only dog there.  He was bayed on another group of about 10.  Turned the ruuning dogs to them Dudley and Dozer and caught another sow that weighted 119.  Stew and the pups showed up while i was tying ths sow with blood all over them so i guess they got on a few shoats.  Great hunt and Brandon and his dad are welcome back anytime.  Great company.

<a href="http://s103.photobucket.com/albums/m142/cameronttu/?action=view&amp;current=Superman.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m142/cameronttu/Superman.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">[/url]Brandon and his dad met up with me again for a quick run if we could get one caught.  I took them Saturday morning to one of my small places to just see if we could line one out.  Cut Superman, Apache and the 2 BMC pups loose and it wasn't long before they where all toegther and Superman open up and had a solid bay going right out of the box at 275.  Get there and they had a boar that weighed 184 in a creek.  Cut Dozer and Dudley to them and caught hog.  It was like a 15min hunt.  Great time ith some new guys.

Brandon is not a member yet but reads.  He is also looking for a good friendly CD if anyone has anything please message me.  It doesn't have to be just a bad A$$ just run in and hit.  All his 9 month old BMC catch with the CD.

I know, I'm packed and ready.  Those were actual weights.  I sold them yesterday.

Man I wish we had a place to just haul em and sale em just like that here in arkansas. I would prolly quit my job and hunt and trap full time.

It's tuff not too but then you'd run into problems with running them all out of the country and the family would be left to starve!  :)  It is nice to sale them though and cover dog feed and vet supply's.  How far are you from Texas line?  I think i know a buyer right on the other side.  Can't cross state line but you might be able to make it work! ;)
