EAST TEXAS HOG DOGGERS FORUM

I had lost a bulldog Sunday well today about 8 a lady calls and says she has my dog great so i go get him when i get there they have him on a bed infront of a heater now he don't wanna leave lol the lady tells me she doesn't like or think hog hunting with dogs is right but also tells me that she was surprised by that he was healthy and looked good and was happy that I had taken the time and money to protect my dog with an identifacation plate and cut gear so i thanked the lady and told her how much I appreciate the phone call and the care of my dog Im glad i got my dog back and there's still honest people out there

I like this post--- I think the way a man/women takes care of its animals is a direct reflexion of the person charecter000 I tip my hat to you sir, you have put hog hunters in a better light with this lady and thats always positive.

I spent a fortune bird hunting and owned lots of bird dogs (when there were birds). One of my rules was if a guy eat before he fed his dogs he was sorry and I never hunted with him again.

  I fox and coyote hunted with hounds for years and that was the number 1 rule.  When I came home the hounds were dipped to kill any fleas or ticks they may have picked up and were fed ,then I got a much needed shower and breakfast .  Your dogs give their all to the  sport they deserve the best care we can give em.

I think they need some kind of task force for these hound hunters that live around me... You see alot of rough dogs around, doesn't help to say anything they are all a bunch of ignorant damn rednecks.
