Title: better performance out of the innotek RD400
Post by: 318hoghunter on April 16, 2009, 10:59:39 am
just put a yagi antenna on my innotek rd 400 and i am getting almost twice the range i was getting before. I also don,t have near as much backbeep or 180 problems. you do have to give up the easy accesss floppy antennas but the change is worth it.

bought mine used from valley creek hunting supply and i drilled holes through the plate that was already mounted on the antennae but make sure and drill a hole underneath for the speaker on the transmitter box.
