94 toyota t100 maybe. I paid 800 dollars for it.  It's ugly but it sure does save on gas and I've put probably 40,000 miles on it already. Best deal I've made on a vehicle.

My last four trucks have been Toyotas....my next truck will be a Toyota too.  Only way I would go other than Toyota id if I need a 3/4 Ton or larger.

Not much can beat an early 80s to early 90s yote.  Especially the early 80s. But I wouldnt give you a nickel for a brand new one. I work at a Toyota dealership and I am in these trucks nearly every day. While I believe they are surely some quality vehicles, and one of the better looking trucks inside and out, I believe the Tundras are overpriced and get the worst fuel mileage out of any of the full size trucks out there. You would think that the fine Japanese engineers could come up with some better fuel mileage. 45k for a nicely equipped crew cab Tundra and it cant average better than 13mpg.....I dont think so!!

83 single cab with flat bed abd dog boxes on 44s sure makes it easy to get around the woods with especially with the 350 chevy n tranny

Ive been thinkin REAL hard about getting me a new Tacoma. Ive never owned a brand new vehicle. Like my Dakota V-8 4 door really well, but like the standard length beds on the 4 door tacomas.

They make them with longer beds... the 4 foot beds are more common, but the longer ones are out there...  ;)

i had a 86 yota when i was in high school that truck had a hard life. i run it for about six months with a bad transmission i didnt have first third or fifth gear and when i had it rebuilt the main shaft was bent. i just bought a 89  extra cab about three days ago.
