Title: Messed up hunt!!!. RIP Owens Sarah Post by: BIG BEN on May 29, 2012, 07:27:43 pm A monster lizard took another great hog dog Sunday morning. The last of the old dogs that Bigo and skoalbandit split up between Bigo's son and daughter. We cut her and a pup loose and she left out. Waited awhile and they were bayed. This boar would break and bay many times. We cut the CD's loose 1 time and he broke before they got there. We gathered up 1 cd and found the other cd by the lakes edge and she had been bitten by a gator but will be ok. Sara and the pup stuck with him though and ended up Bayed on a place we had to get permission to go into. We got escorted into the place, no bay and there was no signal on Sara so we tracked the pup, got to him and he was cut up a lil. We finally get a faint signal on Sara and head her way. Get around the lake and I tracked with in close on a Qtr 6000 and there we seen a monster gator swiming away with Sarah in his mouth. Very sad day, Sarah was another one of those Find dogs that dont come around too often and anyone would be proud to hunt behind. RIP Sarah

Where ever the hog goes these yella dogs are gonna follow no matter what the conditions are, at least they better lol. Sarah produced two litters of pups by Clue Andersons Cowboy dog and all of them are way above average. We have a two year old gyp thats the best I ever put in the woods for her age. We take her by herself and catch some big hogs.
