Title: Re: jagd terriers Post by: justincorbell on June 01, 2012, 11:28:44 am Insanely gamey, i had 2 littermates and by 7mths old the hated each other with a passion and would fight at the drop of a hat......like 2 seperate trips to the vet fighting. 1 was open 1 wasn't. I loved them little devils they just couldn't hang with my currs. At 6mths old the bigger of the two had found 3 hogs and would bay just until i got there then it was catch time.
If you have plenty of free time they are amazing little dogs but they need a job constantly, they go stir crazy in a kennel and will tear your house to shreds.......ask me how I know lol. These were my 2 little devils, pinch and snuff, they now live on the other side of the river in LA in 2 seperate hunting homes. This was at a little over 5mths old with a 150 + boar......they have zero fear and are gritty as it gets. This one I have he won't make a sound in the kennel Or bark at anything until he has a pig in his view then he goes Crazy I hope he turns out I dnt think he has seen any trash animals So it's time to trap some coons and catch a diller and see if he try's to kill them to |
