Pretty cool how things work out sometimes huh? x2 I moved in one a month ago. Found the house we wanted but had to sell our trailer and 1 acre first. No one was interested and in the mean time the forclosed 4 bed 3 1/2 bath brick home on 2 acres was waiting for someone to grab it at $137,000. After sitting for a bit the bank dropped the price to $120k and the same day somone made an offer on our trailer... we went directly to my agent and secured the house. Took 5 months to close on it.
