 hogslayer, we done went through this kinda post a couple months ago. a guy or gal was mad bc this site say easttexashogdoggers and folks were sellin stuff in ok and was mad when they said where the item for sale was located. this site is open to all, not just hogs, but deer, duck, fishing, predators, bears and so on. its a hunting forum, no matter what the website is named, or what type of hunting, it is an open hunting forum for ALL to read and enjoy, not just east texans.

 welcome aboard though.

Just cuz it originated in the best state in the united states doesn't mean we wont let others get a taste of the greatness.

I could be just as rude to you as you just were. But that would not help anything. I will tell you the first time I met some Aussies I was not impressed at all. They talked funny and looked kind of whimpy. They turned out to be one very tough bunch. Try seeing what people do before you write them off. Plus you see that www in front that means whacky wild wherever you are. ;D If someone is crazy enough to grab a dog and chase a pig with just a knife and some rope then they are right. Now them gun toters are different story ;D (Another topic that comes up and gets people all bent out of shape) How about a group hug?

We've got members from all over, probably just as many from out of Texas than in Texas.
But, seeing as I live in East Texas... the name kinda stuck.

I guess we can rename the site... Hog Doggers of the World? Ha ha ha...

Hog slayer 2000 is my 11year old son he did not mean no disrespect .He just did not understand he thought sence it read East Texas you had to be from East Texas to join . He seen were someone from Australia had posted and did not understand we had a talk and he does now.
