Title: Back to the Yeller Laboratory for some experimenting! Post by: YELLOWBLACKMASK on July 01, 2012, 06:37:33 pm Well my buddy North Cedar Creek Ranch finally kept the camo dogs shoo'd away long enough for us to try this cross. Lol
The gyp is extremely hard to tell when she comes in....thus the reason we have never got to INTENTIONALLY breed her :laugh: But been after him for awhile to bring her over and try out a cross and hopefully we caught her this time. She is one of the only linebred females that is still alive that holds a extremely high% of my old dogs that I started with. Gonna try her back to a half brother that has almost the same lineage on the sire side. She is a well proven vet at the sport but we have never got a single pup from her as of yet. The male is extremely young for me to try as a stud..but he has accelerated past everything else on the yard and currently holds my #1 at just over year and half. Got my fingers crossed and double knotted on this one Heath! SHE BETTER NOT COME OUT WITH RAT TERRIER PUPS or im gonna faint! Goin back to the first was mostly cow dog lines from around here. The rest were all what everybody is calling thicket bred dogs now.
