My gyp dropped pups last Sunday morning. She is due for her monthly dose of ivermectin. Is it safe to dose her as normal?

It seems like this has been covered, but I tried searching and didn't see it. Thanks in advance.

This is what works for me with puppies. I ran this routine by my Vet and she approved.

           Worm pups at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks old with Fenbendazole (Safe Guard DeWormer for Goats). you can get at Tractor Supply
         use 1 cc per 5lbs. of body weight for 3 days straight. After pups are past 8 weeks I worm them every other month,

     Give Puppy Shots at 6 weeks- 5 way vaccine.
                                   10 weeks- 7 way + bordetella
                                   14 weeks-  7 way
                                   18 weeks -  7 way

     Start on kibble at 4 weeks old.
     Start on Heart Worm Med. at 8 weeks old. (Ivomec 1% injectable for cattle)  Give ORALLY - one tenth cc per 10 pound of dog.

Where are you buying your 7 way and bord. Shots?

as far as shot's i get mine at a REAL feed store or co-op . i don't really trust tsc , some are good but with the level of help most of them hire i am not real confident that they get put up before they warm . i've seen too many times the bickering and fussing in the store about who should do what and when .

 oh yeah and as far as the original question , i continue my gyps ivomect treatment throughout the whole process never had a problem .

The TSC in my area does not sell the right vaccine because it does not have corona virus vaccine in it...

I have gotten by with one shot on my pups at 8 weeks of age but usually give a second 3 weeks to a month later...that is it no more till a year or 2 later and only one of the same...
