Title: pick one Post by: chestonmcdowell on August 13, 2012, 03:43:48 am I know Im probably beating a dead horse but which one would u pick for distance ease of use reliability and long lasting. I hunt alot of bottoms and thick wooden areas. And small open fields. I went hunting with a guy that used a garmin idk if it was 220 or 320 and he kept loosing the dogs signal. Thanks
Title: Re: pick one Post by: PLP on August 13, 2012, 08:15:00 am I could only pick one on the survey. Either the 320 or 220 would be fine. The garmin systems in general can give u more info on the dogs tracking habits. For that u trade some some distance over the telemetry systems.

Title: Re: pick one Post by: dane on August 13, 2012, 09:31:16 am I use the 220 and I hunt all kinds of areas. Red river bottoms ( farm land ). Pine thickets and Dorchete bottoms which is hills sloughs creeks beaver ponds thickets and the hole nine yards I'd go either one the gps. But I have long range and magnetic long range antena so it helps the dropping dog problem
