Go to the lease today to set feeders and clean up ..bushog, set my feed plots etc, unlock the gate and start driving down the road I topped the hill to discover not a stand one is anywhere in sight!! Thank god I pulled my feeders last year  >:( I'm missing a 4x4  insulated stand and two 5x5 stands along with a climbing stand! I don't know who could have done this I don't associate myself with thieves and can not stand em!! This is a slap in the face to me!! If any one knows where I could get some stands built or buy one for a reasonable price please let me know!

Where are u located? I am getting off my lease and have three stands and three feeders i will make a deal on..... 2- 4x6 stands and 1-4x4 stand and a two man ladder stand and 3-50 gallon feeders. The lease is in corrigan and i would rather get some dog feed money than to let the stands sit there and i really need some help getting them off the lease quik.

I hate to hear that.  I recall countless times I returned to a lease only to find important items gone.  Heck, I have hunted a feeder one afternoon and the next morning when the sun rises it was gone.  It makes you feel violated.  I no longer deer hunt and I have a tree stand that I bought from BPS that you can have.  I do not care to sell it.  I will give it to you though.

It is the kind you lean to a tree and strap to it.  Sits about 12' in the air.

Dylan, i got a 12 or 15ft lean-to ladder stand. I dont remember if its 12 or 15' though. I got 2 ladder stands, a clamp on and a climbing stand.  When i come back that way in 3wks, i will give it to ya. Peackcreek, he is located in hamilton, tx, do by the teledo bend res.

Deer hunting is so commercial now even the lazy ass thieves know how much good stands and feeders are worth. I've been lucky for quite a few years now but my buddy lost two stands and a game camera last year.

Nothing new.  I've had feeders and controls and stands stolen since the early 80's.  Back then feeders were a novelty.

What do you mean lazy  stealing all those deeds stands was work. A crack head will work he just can't hold a real job.

bored at work going through old topics... i went to one of my hunting spots just this past sunday with a couple of dogs just to see if there was much sign where ive had a feeder and ladder stand for over 3yrs now chained and everything... walk to my stand set up and wouldnt ya know its gone chain and all, 20yrds to the left my feeders still there. Sure am glad i didnt WORK for that or do anything to DESERVE it! but... did find some good hog sign, more deer then hog but there there.... back to work i guess

well I think the key thing here is that you had to unlock the gate to get in ?  sounds like someone else that had a key might have got them ? or did they come in the back way  ?
