Title: Put the smack down on 10 good hogs Post by: BigNoseKate on December 28, 2012, 04:07:15 pm Well, we had one heck of a hunt this weekend! Shut down 10 hogs, most of which were pretty decent pigs- two of which were some big boars with some good cutters on em! No dogs were hurt, and we had a great time!

Great temperament, an she aims for the ear! When we yank Loco off a pig, she follows Him until she hears the bay and then takes off! And once she's been pulled off a dead pig, she's easy to handle. Only thing we need to work on is her getting some pep in her step, but she's got the want to catch on! Haha! And if she gets left in the box, ol chatterbags starts chattin! Haha!

I typed up the whole long story twice, and somehow deleted it twice, so I said to heck with it and just posted a few sentences. lol! It sure was nice to stick those two big ol boar hogs!! I think I have a few pics that I failed to post the third go 'round last night! Lemme see if they're still on my photobucket!
We noticed this cut afterwards on the first boar... only thing we can figure is he got caught up in the fence... We busted these two out in a field with night vision and Luke and Bo-Duked it to em and dropped dogs on em before they even knew what was going on.
