Title: Re: DC-30 Post by: Bo Pugh on January 04, 2013, 08:12:53 pm yeah i just sent 3 off to them a few weeks ago if its not under warrenty i think they charged me 89 a piece. i had to have serial numbers off my collars and call them and they will tell you what to do. they was back in about 10 days. i think they just send a new collar
