Title: Who this dog come from Post by: mtarrant23 on January 17, 2013, 01:51:42 pm Well folks like I said I acquired this dog from someone down the road who bought him off here and didn't want him cause he wouldn't stop barking in his pen. Well I fixed the problem in a few days but just wondering if I could get some background on him. I was told he come from Pittsburg TX and he was 15/16 bmc and a 1/16 plott. I guess it's has been around six months ago when I got so I guess he is prolly around nine months old but anyway any info would help thanks. I've got a brother and sister bout that age, from Pittsburgh. I think they are a little redder than that dog but the female is the lighter of the two and has a similar build.

Said they were 1/2 Cur 1/2 Catahoula I think. I took a big chance on them but they were cheap. Little male may turn out ok...he hammers the ass end of a pig in a pen. He ranges out fairly well with my other dogs. I've just started hunting him so I don't know much more about him. The female I haven't done anything with but just a lil pen work one time.
