If had the stuff to weld aluminum I would have went that route. I'm hoping this thing is around 100#s when I'm done. Will let you know how that works out. Lol

Getting the seats cushioned and covered this week and hopefully blasted and painted. How are you going to secure it to the bed? Make sure you fasten it down better than Bryant did ;D http://www.easttexashogdoggers.com/forum/index.php?topic=44878.msg320585#msg320585 Title: Re: 2013 Polaris Ranger high seat/dog box build with pics Post by: chads7376 on February 26, 2013, 01:52:08 pm Got my seats made and threw some primer on so I could use it last weekend. Still have to have it blasted and painted.
Just an FYI. Not sure if it is just the size of expanded metal I used but I ended up with two broken garmin antennas this weekend. I'm going to have to change the expanded metal or put something on the end of my antennas so that they wont go through the expanded metal. Title: Re: 2013 Polaris Ranger high seat/dog box build with pics Post by: cdc505 on February 26, 2013, 03:22:02 pm I was going to say the same thing about the expanded metal but since you already experienced no need to :))). Even with replacement antennas it will catch the ends where they are frayed
