Title: rules on taken hogs out live?

what are the rules for taking a hog out alive, or taking them to a bay pen. I see that the law states you cant transport them, and been asking around and heard alot of diffrent things so i wanted to ask yall thanks

all ive ever heard is that you cant transport them out of the county you caught them in. but if u wanna do that i dont think u have to worry about it being enforced ;)

I do not condone breaking the law. But I talked to the local Game Warden about this. It went something like this:

Me: Hey Jim, What are the laws about transporting live hogs?
GW: Laws???? I didnt know there were any? Its not a TPWD law.
Me: I think it is regulated by the TAHC.
GW: Ha ha....like they are going to do anything. If that is a law I cant do anything about it and I doubt TAHC has anyone either.

That was suppose to be humorous....... but seriously was the general conversation.
