What do yall use for the ground and dogs . I used the bayer for years but hell it was like the ticks were eating it for steroids last year , Title: Re: Here we go Post by: jon on February 15, 2013, 10:50:19 am my buddy is going through the same thing he uses 7dust for some reason (knock on wood) i've never had a tick problem... flys and flees but never ticks and with the flys and flees i just put a cow tag on the collars and there good to go

I have good success with Cutters Back Yard Bug Control. You hook it to a hose and spray all around the yard, inside the kennels, roof, barrels, etc. It makes a huge difference with our mosquito problem. It says it will work for ticks also. It goes a really long ways. You can control how it comes out of applicator weather you want a fine mist or wide open. I usually use 2 bottles a summer. I spray every couple of weeks. You might want to give it a try for the tick problem.
