The Tree and Shrub will not work on ticks. Mix 4 parts Tree and Shrub to one part permethrin and this will get both. Put a line down the back just like allways.

Jimmy, we don't have a problem with ticks in the swamps where I live, but the Mosquitoes will eat a dog alive during the summer months.
I have good success with Cutters Back Yard Bug Control. You hook it to a hose and spray all around the yard, inside the kennels, roof, barrels, etc.  It makes a huge difference with our mosquito problem. It says it will work for ticks also. It goes a really long ways. You can control how it comes out of applicator weather you want a fine mist or wide open. I usually use 2 bottles a summer. I spray every couple of weeks. You might want to give it a try for the tick problem. At least it will be one more tool to use against fleas and ticks.

Jimmy, I have good luck with Cutters Back Yard Bug Control for mosquitoes. It says it kills ticks also. You hook the applicator to hose and
spray yard, dog houses, kennels, plants, everything. You can control the quantity coming out so you don't waste much. I usually use 2 bottles a summer. I spray about once every 2 weeks during the summer months. You might try it out for ticks. At least it will be another tool to use against fleas and ticks. My neighbor has been using it for years on his beagle yard. He told me about it a few years ago.
