Title: Ballad of the Green Berets... Post by: Reuben on March 01, 2013, 10:05:53 am this song became a hit back in the 1960's during the Vietnam war...I was too young to join but this song made me proud to be an American...and also to appreciate all American soldiers...thanks to you who have served... http://youtu.be/PX4Flhw0HSA Title: Re: Ballad of the Green Berets... Post by: YELLOWBLACKMASK on March 01, 2013, 11:50:55 am Green Berets are just watered down Navy Seals or Marines that went through the crucible twice. >:D >:D
Anchors Away is a better tune! ;D Go Navy! Title: Re: Ballad of the Green Berets... Post by: KevinN on March 01, 2013, 02:36:57 pm Haha! Come on man! Can't compare those two...they do different jobs.
Green Berets perform more recon and FO missions than anything else now days. Navy Seals are great at what they do when the higher ups use them right. Marines are Bullet Catchers. Charge that beach Jar Head! Rangers drop in behind...complete their mission and get out! As far as small unit special ops....DELTA is the hardest to get in to.
