Here are some hogs That I have caught recently.We walk out canyons,draws,river bottoms,and creeks.Sometimes get a strike from feeders,and off bait piles.We also corn roads and road the dogs until they strike.

Hello Allen,
Good to have you man!  Really good pics!  I really like the one in the snow as well.  The hooves on the bottom paint hog have got my attention, I am amazed how blunt and round they are.  At our place out there on several of the hogs I have noticed this from all of the rock and drier climate but I have never seen one quite like that.  Keep the pics coming amigo!

I like the idea of the hay spear to lift that beast. Also, that stock trailer sure looks stout. How thick is the plate on the sidewalls?

Chris...Thats an Easley trailer so its thick enough that it will not dent, ever...


Allen...Great pics, do ya'll have a guy named Ryan that hunts with ya'll some, he is going to school at Tarlton...I like the strecher for hauling out those hogs...

That trailer does look STOUT!  I was thinking it might be an Easley because of the way the pipe is bent for the sides up top.  I may be seeing things but it looks as though the trailer is built with a small gap along the bottom that allows you to clean the trailer floor easier, good idea.

When you get time Allen you need to post some pics of the good looking mountain curs that cought them hogs for you  ;)

I should have recognized it for an Easley.  I was eyeballing one at Tarleton a couple years ago at a Stock Horse of Texas event.  Shortly after that my friend traded off her alum Featherlite for one.   The thing that really stood out to me was the rear gate latch. I think it was made of 1x3 solid bar stock.

 We don't see many trailers like that in this part of the state. Seems to be a west Texas/ hill country thing. I see more Gooseneck, Neckover, WW around here.  Most have rusted through at the bottoms from not being cleaned out.

got a coworker that is from abilene and is moving back next school year. says her husband has a couple thousand acres of hunting land i'll have access to next year. they stalk deer and hogs, said whenever we're up that way to holler and we can run the dogs on her land....think i'll be visiting my inlaws a whole heck of alot more next year...lol ;D

OK, A good buddy of mine has her.  Hunted w/ her the other day.  Thought she may have ben off of some of yours.  Had seen yall talking about it on the TB board a while back.
