Title: Question for you hound men..Hellums/Croghan blood? Post by: weller44 on April 03, 2013, 06:25:46 pm Anybody have any info or hunted behind any dogs out of Hellums and or Croghan blood?
I am talking to a guy in kansas that has some good coyote dogs. He says they are mostly Running Walker, Croghan and Hellums blood with a little July and Trig. He hunts them year around and says they have a very high heat tolerance and can run all day! Post by: Reuben on April 03, 2013, 06:35:33 pm back in the early 1990's I was reading about coyote dogs and the pure croghan was a line of dog I was looking at because many were "run to catch" and quite a few caught and killed coyotes before a year of age...never bought one but I considered buying one to add some speed to my mt curs at that time...

Allen thats what i have coming is a male and female i will let you take the male if you want! Rueben the Male dog that these pups will be out of will trail and kill a coyote alone and the females are all super catchy alsoNot sure how the site feels about pics of dogs caught out on coyotes but i have a few pics of the dogs? Post by: weller44 on April 03, 2013, 08:07:07 pm He hasnt even bred them yet gonna breed his best male to two different gyps on there next heat..he mainly breeds just for himself but he is really good friends with a good friend of mine who is related to the Londerholmes here in town! My buddy shares his stag blood with him so he is gonna let me buy a couple pups off of him. The guy has had this line of dogs for over 20 years now
