EAST TEXAS HOG DOGGERS FORUM

Yesterday ,  Thomas, Sid, Kyle , Myself and my son Bruce all let out on one of Tdogs places.  Dogs hunt for a while it was hot and humid they hit on a hog we all go to them and we get a good sow out of the deal .   Then the Black Jack dog strikes  and its a big boar hog he runs and runs and finally we get to them about 100 yds on the creek.  Just so happens Tdog , Sid and my Son Bruce were on the one side me and Kyle on the other so both sides covered are so we thought .  Get just about close nuff to turn the catch dog loose and the hog breaks .  He runs 200 yds are so stops so we get about 125 yds from him again and he breaks .  This goes on and on and on break run 200 yds stop we get 100/125 he breaks again .   Well about the second time he done this I looked at Kyle and Kyle looked at me we both shook our heads and back we go to the wheelers already a good peice from us we done been threw way way way to many times.  Tdogs gang push on ,  Walk and fight break and run walk and fight break and run I do think one time the CD got there but he shook him off are either the dog got side tracked on another hog cant remember what they had said .  Good thing me and Kyle went back to the wheelers we were over a mile from the trucks and had to go back to get the truck and go way way way around to two other county roads to pick them up .   When we got there bro  Larry , Moe and Curly looked like hammered dog poopey ! LOL  Look like they been in a knife fight bloody faces from the briars, tore shirts , rip britches ahahahahahha LMAO !!!!!!  First words outta their mouths was were was you were was you ,  I said hell am Old LOL I went back to the wheeler and by the looks of yall you better be damn glad I did Lmao !  I like that old excuse it gets ya outta trouble a lot ! LOL .

Now today me and Ricky let the dogs out at about 7.30  there was lots of hog sign but no sign of hogs LOL the dogs worked and worked and finally we just took off for a lake on the place aways away .  Get there hunt and hunt noting .  Decided to go back to were the dogs were actin all piggy but could not figure it out .  Good thing too.  They work and work and finally Whitey and Bell strike and its on .  Well am closest to them Rick still closeing a gate and I get off and am walking to them threw a damn jungle .  Get to a big steep gully and man hog tracks every were big time .  I walk down into the gully and fixin to walk out when I hear this fright train coming look up and this 125 lb boar hog is coming at me full speek over the crown of that gully and side step him and swung around and I put that Little Mule Catch Dog on his Ars !  That 1oz slug caught him and flipped him three times LOL .  Bout that time Rick came running over the top of the gully he thought I done tripped and fell and shot myself LOL.   Well dogs are givin it hell in the river and am tryin to get to them .  Am going threw a jungle of bloodweeds briars and everything else steep steep banks well when I get there they got a big ole boar hog in the river and am about 30 yds watchin the show .   They would all take turns on his head the dogs that were there was Horn , Whitey , Little Horn , Rickeys Hank dog , Fred dog and his young Jasper dog that is gonna be a some bitch !  They taken turns on his head one get on it take him down another get on it take him down over and over and over. I sat there for about 20 mins finally the ole hog gave it up and went down and is now catfish bait !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well am  having to crawl up this steep bank and I mean it was a some buck man .  Get to the top and bout that time Horn and Hank strike and I said Ooooo hell man and  here we go down the river again same thing same show .  I get to them this time I can only get about 75 yds from them and noting else I can do but watch again same thing taken turns on his head this one takes about 45 mins and he goes down and dont come back up .   Well I have to climb out of here now and to my surprise I come to the county road I could not belive I had done walked that far down the river and thank God looked up and here came Rick on the wheeler I had to sit down for about 20 mins to get my senses back right it was hot hot hot and humid man big time.  In th video at the end you can see the hog swimming out look at his head how long this sucker is .

I wanna say one other thing also .  That Black Jack dog that Thomas bred and then sold to Sid man let me tell ya .   You better dang well have ya huntin shoes on cause this sucker will big time get it .  You better also catch this sucker if ya wanna stop because if ya dont he is gonna wear the leather and rubber off the bottom of your boots .  This is a going some buck man !    Also Ricks little Jasper dog not even a year old yet and that little suck is a hard hard working little son of a gun,  never still always busy he is gonna be a jam up dude in another six months are a year .
