These pups are out of GR.CH GRNTCH. Nimrods rockytop onyx and my top producing female purple hayze ( maltese).  don't let that coon dog title fool you. we have a litter of this same cross on the ground now at 9 mons. old that will flat put the brakes on a hogs and bear, these pups are starting fast and got lots of bottom and the brains to go with it. I understand, i get alot of calls from tx. if thats where you are from? i have sent a few dogs down that way, well, a guy drove up here and got them. bout 16 hrs one way from east tx. if my ole truck would make it i could bring you fellers some good dogs every once in a while, and do a little huntin too ;D Thanks anyway.

whats going on ol boy!! he is not lyin I drove 16 hours to get his gyp and she will roll out 3 or 4 thousand yards!!!! good silent mouth plott with lots of range, and stick with em for days, well worth the drive if your lookin for a good plott dog!! Trade that old truck in and come on down and do some huntin :D

well its about time you got on here and figured out who i was. these pups are out of the same stuff ole molly is out of.  I got ole dottie bred again, to a pretty good plott hog dog my buddy has. she is due in a couple weeks. you ever raise any pups outa molly yet?

oh yeah, don't think i wouldn't trade that ole truck in if i could. i got laid off like about everybody else i know. so i got plenty of time to hunt now.  ;D just can't afford to. lol  I would roll on down there in a heart beat. if i could find a good enough job and a place to stay, it wouldn't take much for me to pack my bags. ;) lol.

She had one litter and they all died ever last one of them!! ya that new dodge of mine blew up on me, work slow so I been huntin a little. Would not mind havin one of them pups but I cant afford to come up there now either

they doin alright, took ole bo out the other day. he done alright. dottie fixen to have pups so i left her at home. got one of my red ticks banged up a little, but she's bout over it now. i bred bo to the redtick that got banged up, kept four of them, then bred dottie to a plott. so i got pups comin out my ears. lol

OH YEAH! i screwed up and sold my finished dogs to a guy up in ohio, been sick ever since. so i am starting over, by the way for anybody that reads this i will have some 1/2 cat 1/2 plott pups for sale in a couple months $100 ea.  ;D them crosse work real good for me. i already like the way these redtick cat pups act. would you believe 4 out of 7 of them came out blk & tan :-\ other 3 looked like that cur dog you got.

is this line of plotts silent?

I have had a few of them pocohontas dogs i like them pretty good, which dogs are yours out of? i had a female that was out of cody I, if it wasn't so far i would love to. ya'll must have alot of hogs up there. i posted some dogs a while back for sale and had a bunch of call from your area.

this line are mostly silent but not all of them, they open, but not much on track. i cant guarantee them to be silent, as they are all different. but from what i have seen over the years, the ones that get hunted on bear seem to be more mouthy, but when they are running hogs they seem to be more tight mouthed and/or silent. seems to come natural :-\

them catahoulas throw all kinds of color, never no what your gonna get!!! got a good lookin bluetick male you need to breed them cat. dogs to, im gonna sell him I have two of them

Dang, How many dogs you got? no wonder you tryin to sell some, seen you had some plotts, bmc, blueticks,............ what else you got? lol  I sure would like to have some of them BMC's you got. you cant find any around here. shoot, i think i got my hands full with all these pups, ;D ole dottie had nine pups after i got her from you, you are right, they did throw color. I got her bred to a big tall plott dog, cant wait to see how them turn out. as far as the blue tick, im going to bear hunt my redticks a little and then probably sell them, then aint gonna have nothin but plotts and curs, and cur crosses, well at least thats my plan ;D you know how that goes...... and a catchdog or two. sent my dogo down to ala. to get bred waiting for her to come in heat. you should have got you one while you was up here.

cody2 and cloe is what my plott is out of and yes he is silent I wish I could get one of those pups maybe later

My buddy owns the sire: his the onyx dog and is out of the sarge line, i think they go back to sizzelin heat " not 100% sure on that " the dam is 100% star mtn. that female that hogtied got was out of that female that was out of cody I and the sire was star mtn. taz. we have a few other dogs down there in tx too. i think the fellers name that has them is buck, i think he is from east tx too. I may try to work it out where i can come down there after deer season, with a load of dogs to sell, just depends on what i have and what happens between now and then.

Ya i got 12 or 15 i  think, going with straight yellow dogs, been kicking myself in the a$$ for not takin one of them dogo pups home while I was there

I talked to my buddy, i forgot he drove to oklahoma to get onyx, and said there should be alot of pups out of him in OK and TX, and that some, were used on hogs. 
  I got to counting mine today, and i got 20, and thats not counting the litter that aint got here yet.  ??? I got some that are young dogs that will be started this year on bear. i'd say i will have a few less bout the middle of bear season ;D i got to thinking today, that molly female you gots daddy was star mtn taz, this female (hayze) taz is her grandaddy. taz was a top notch bear dog. onlything i got for catch dog is that little 1/2 bmc 1/2 pit, she is sure nuf a catch dog just not much size to her.

dont no if its the star mountain breeding or the poccahontas breeding or both but molly is a good one, one of a kind. I got another grade plott today and her name is molly too!!!  She is a 2 year old, gonna try her tomorrow night hopefully, now im up to 14 and a litter of black mouths on the way outta my big yellow dog Jake... he is hell on wheels. Thats a good lookin gyp in that picture, what cross is she

Hogtied,   How many dogs you up to know?  ;D dottie is due in 9 more days. i will try and get some pics on here when they are born.  been coon huntin this 9 month old pup out of this cross, and man she is coming on, tried to split tree from old dog last night. this pup is very independant already. she don't care whats going on, she goes her own way. her brothers and sisters are same way on hog and bear.

got some pictures of some of my yellow dogs posted in the dogs on hogs section check them out, will have some pups soon i hope... im down to 10 dogs, gonna stick with them i think

 guess i should say im gonna breed some pups over the next couple years and see how they turn out, none of the ones I have now are going anywhere unless they just really piss me off... mite get some more too tho...Im really satisfied with my pack of dogs now so im settlin with them for a spell
