I raised my old pet boar hog this way . I did mix the feed with milk replacer and made like my puppy gruel out of it till I learned better .

I caught a lil piglet that was 1 maybe 2 days old n she would take a bottle, but when she found the milk bowl, she didnt hav an issue, atleast till it was time to ween her from formula to hard food n water. It took several days before she would eat but hunger set in enough n she started eating dog food.
