Title: Gyp in heat question Post by: Curcross1987 on June 21, 2013, 12:36:31 am Ok I have a 7 year old gyp I noticed she had dropped two spots of blood in her pen Tuesday. I have always been told that a gyp has 7 days coming in 7 days of standing heat and 7 days going out is this right or wrong? Thanks for the help

I go by the above statement Reuben made. To add to it, I put them together on the 11th day, skip a day, put them back together on the 13th day, skip a day, and put them back together for a final time on the 15th day. All dogs are different..I had this same bitch go in and out of heat last time all with 12days.
