Title: Putting in work (MrsLouisianaHogDog take a look ) Post by: dodgegirl on July 08, 2013, 05:48:04 pm Been working bambino like crazy everyday. We've been hand walking, sprinting, flirt pole, spring pole, light weight pull. He's already starting to slim down.
Here are some pictures of him doing the spring pole ( sorry they are so close up) can't wait to look at the difference in a few months / year.
