Title: Refugio Contest Hogs Post by: Mike C. on July 30, 2013, 10:40:36 am We entered our 1st contest this past weekend in Refugio at the Doin it Doggie Style contest, ended up placing 2-4th places in heaviest 3 and longest cutters. We only hunted my 7 dogs and a buddies 1 cd and came out with only 2 small cuts on dogs. We had a blast hunting and learned a lot for future contests. We turned in 486# of hog on 3, and 2 1/4" of tusk, we had a hog with bigger teeth but used him in the weight division, looking back I should have put him in the tusk division. We ended up with 9 hogs total.

Thanks Mrs. Wine, yeah it's a good pic, the funny part is we didn't have anyone to take it so we stacked a couple dog food bags and put a phone on record, then took a scream shot, the video is pretty hilarious, we look like a bunch of idiots trying to pose at the same time!
