Title: Skunk dog strikes again Post by: mattr on August 18, 2013, 03:27:44 pm Went out last night with Kyle and Ethan to a place just a mile or so from the dog pens. Been a while since we have got to go, turned out and my Sue dog bumped a skunk. Well we roaded the place and went to the last tank before we left, and Sue took off on a mission. About 3 minutes later she was bayed solid. Other dogs went to her as we made our way towards her. Got 50yds and cut Duke, but broke right when he got there. He went about 100 yds and bayed up again. Caught him this time in the middle of a tank. Duke got some cuts on his bottom jaw but nothing to bad. It was a fun quick hunt. Pictures didnt do justice for his weight or color.
