What kind of dog food do you use for your dogs? I need cheap food that's still pretty good quality

I like Diamond Natural with no grain.  It's around 30 bucks a bag, but I think well worth it.  I've tried a few others, but they seem to eat this the best. but thats JMO.

I feed Red flannel Red HI PRO now and it seems to work best for me, the dogs love it and its 27% protein, the dogs always have a ton of energy, don't ever cramp, really tones there muscle, and gives a nice smooth slick coat. Its $26 a bag

DuraLife from atwoods. Brown bag. 27/15.  Its $22 for a 40# bag.  Dogs do well on it. We dont have access to a lot of the brands you guys mention around me. Most of the feed mills around here have low quality dog foods. What ever you get, look at the ingredients. meat and bone meal should be first. Dogs are carnivores and a lot of feeds are made of vegetables.

caliber 24/20  for me . and save my proof of purchase labels to send in for free stuff or feed  . how many of ya'll have gone to your feed manufactures  websites and seen what kind of discounts and kennel programs they offer ? as well as free stuff by sending in the proof of purchase labels

and so there you go whom ever asked this question feed is like a breed of dog whom ever is using it swears by it and recommends it .   lol   just buy a bag and if you or the dogs don't like it switch  .

jon the 24/20 bags are considered the working dog blends and are usually the cheapest priced it is a break they give us hunters because they know in the end we buy more than anybody else in a year's time  .

I was gonna try a bag of Victor yesterday but they want $38 for it where I'm at, my sportmix is $30 even, blue bag and black bag then I looked at river run but it was only like 27/10 or something and i forgot the price on it, so sportmix is what I stuck with

about 35 plus years of feeding dogs dog food...before then they are scraps and wha5t we caught...  :) 20 percent fat in the summer is ok just have to cut back on the feeding or the dogs will get fat unless you hunt them real regular...

check www.dogfoodadvisor.com they break down every dog food on market and rate it 1-5 star ratings. I feed victor, dogs are not deer so why feed em corn ;)

Valu-pak buy it by bags of ten and we pay $19.25-$19.50 per bag. I feed 2-4 cups a day and they look great.  Pups get blue bag of retriever 27%, most of the time they eat deer necks from my bfs taxidermy shop.  They prefer it over dog food....
