Title: Decent sow!! Post by: Canyonranch on August 24, 2013, 11:59:08 am Meet up with Colton at the gas station around 5 we had Melba, lil Horn, flacka and catch dog bear colton brought petey buster and his catch dog bonnie. We dump the dogs out about 515 and road them around a wheat field with a lake close by dogs hunted good but nothing on that so we pick up and went across the road and hits other wheat field nothing again so we decide is was getting hot so we would start pond hopping and dogs took off Colton and my brother josh casted the dog off the first pond and I notice one of Colton dogs buster was 100 yards working hard on the garmin from the dogs and 425 yards from us sitting back at the ranger and opens up and one of our young dogs which we just pick up started singing with him. The bay broke and went about 100 yards before Petey and flacka caught it.. Nice lil sow and a fun like always hunt with Colton..
