with 4 row of sucker rod and a post 8ft apart 5 foot tall , any Advise will be great don't want to pass this side job up. Probably doubled by now with price of steel going up.Most jobs like these are done by the foot. Ive done some pick fences and we charge $30per foot. I forgot bout that when I posted. yes, with the price of steel, I would agree $30-40 a ft if the material had to be provided.
