Title: Need help! 320 antenna!
Post by: bigtug092 on October 02, 2013, 07:06:41 am
Lost my garmin antenna last night swimming a river. I had the flexable one. Seemed like with the new antennas on the dc 40s i lost range. Or it would cut in and out a lot.

Whats everyone's opinion on the best long range antenna for the 320? The metal folding "sidekick" or the flexable one? A phone number or URL would be helpful to! Thanks

I use this one both on my truck and 4-wheeler;

But this is said to be the newest one out there for range.

You talked about cutting in and out.  Where I am at here in North FL if we hunt near the river there are a lot of sloughs or creeks that feed into the river and it can be 20-40ft drop offs and you will loose signal sometimes if the dogs are down in the bottom of it.
