You don't him associating the shock with your command. If you do he will bark until told to hush and when you are away from the truck.

Title: Re: how do u get a bull dog to stop barking in a box Post by: ROCKIN ROO HOG DOGS on October 19, 2013, 07:42:46 am Cattle hot shot works a lot better to get the message across and then move to a shock collar,try them both on yourself and see which one you think means more business! Ive had bulldogs squint their eyes at a schock collar but a hot shot will flip one over,then after that you can just reach out the window of the truck and arc it on the side,he will shut up pretty darn quick!
